Got my latest HbA1c back today 46 down from 67. Well pleased. Must be doing something right at last. Thanks to all for all the great tips and advice. X

It is positive to learn that you got that amazing results. Wd you please let me know the tips that you thought worked well for such good results?

I had similar numbers and i am now 46 too, the things i did different was cut down on carbs. I still have 1 slice of ww Danish bread per day. Can't do without bread! and went to the gym 5 days a week either on the treadmill or swimming, excersice definitely makes a difference.
