Hi,

I've read books etc about low carb diets etc. but with so much talk of Carbohydrates etc. low or high.

Is there a simple list in laymans terms of low carb and high carb food products where I could look at on a website etc. Such as Bread, Pasta, Eggs, Bacon, Breakfast cereals, all the simple food whether they are high or low without the confusion.

Thanks

Try the Collins gem carb counter book ,Jackie. Not expensive and can be carried in your pocket.Invaluable when you are first starting out on reducing and counting carbs.

Or the Collins Little Gem Calorie counter. It has the carb information too.
