LCHF diet and IBS

Hi, I have had IBS for years now since being diagnosed with type2 diabetes in Jan this year and going on the LCHF diet [ no potataoes no rice no pasta, used to eat lots of different breads, ] now only about 1-2 lidl rolls a week, or instead a couple of slices a week of Burgen linseed and Soya brown bread [ from Asda] Increased eggs and cheese cream and yogurt to my menus and los of raspberries the odd pear and plum. Lots of veg don't use oil cook in best butter. Now my IBS doesn't flare up any more. Hope this helps you .
