LCHF isn't working.

You meant that your weight went up after it had been going down? And you noticed once you went back to your old way of eating?

I prefer to measure my waist and hips than weigh myself, but weighing on scales does track those pesky kilos or two after trying out new foods or ways of eating. And certainly if you are going for a more substantial weight loss.

I didn't used to weigh or measure anything before diagnosis, so I understand resisting it. But it is a good idea if you are doing any kind of 'compare and contrast' experiment or trial for getting better with diabetes.

Good luck with your LCHF way of eating.
