Cunning plan improving slightly - 6.9 just after bike ride

I must pick a day to go cycling without the cereal breakfast and see if I get similar results.

I was certainly knackered by the end of 90 minutes, but also obviously nowhere near the wall from my BG reading.

Ride with a protein breakfast, but slightly longer at just about 2 hours so 2.5 hours since meal.
Reading of 5.8. so the type of breakfast is making a difference.
