LCHF is generally understood to be Low Carb High Fat but its probably more helpful to think of it as Low Carb Healthy Fat. The main point about the fat content is that you can (should) eat full fat foods, rather then reduced or low-fat ..

Just eat fats/oils from natural sources , e.g. meat, poultry, oily fish, full fat dairy products but avoid low fat versions (cream, yoghurt, butter, cheese), nuts & seeds, olives, avocados... and avoid anything containing artificially produced trans fats.
