We went with SCSF this evening. Son (17) baked a fantastic sourdough loaf this evening which I had with some goat butter. Some carbs, some fat. Lovely

I love everything, low carb salads with feta, high carb salads with pasta, or just pasta with fish or meat and parmesan.
French frites, baguettes, cheese, any chees except goats' and stuff with bits in
Irish coffee with brandy, wine
I could go on but the thing is I am a person not a greedy piglet so I don't stuff myself. Like everything in life I have or try to have balance
 
I love carbs no one gonna tell me to cut out chips
