Leisure Discounts for Diabetics?

Not as far as I know.

If you're on some benefits (I'm not saying having diabetes means you should get benefits!) then local authorities often provide a scheme for reduced fees for public sporting facilities.... I know mine does, often for other leisure activities too, but not just for people with diabetes.
