Read an article on the benefits of lemons. Was wondering if anyone has tried having lemon juice and water first thing in a morning, also squeezing it on food to lower the glycemic level. interesting, i bought some mint green tea and was telling them in the shop how i'm finding it, she told me a man is making it letting it cool and putting lemon juice in with it, he had lost a stone, i must try it, thanks for sharing
..I remember being told this years ago and yes it did work for me but I'd forgotten about it, probably ran out of lemons and forgot to buy some more .....similarly, apple cider vinegar but its not very palatable even in water...
