I was diagnosed LADA last year in OCtober with pneumonia and DKA and HBA1 C of 110. I hD PREVIOUSLY BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH TYPE 2 6 YEARS BEFORE WITH HB OF 66.
NO GAD ANTIBODIES but low Cpeptide of .2pmol. I started on 16 Lantus and 1 to 10 novo rapid.
3 months later I am 8 lantus and 1 to 20 novorapid. IVe been 98 % TIR. I chase my insulin with carbs through the day.
What is going on? IS this the honeymoon of all honeymoons?
