Hi I have diabetis 2 got all levels dowm ro 47 last year but now gone up to 54 not understanding rhe levels is it 54 5.4 . Someone help please

I am pretty sure your 47 then 54 are "new values" for HbA1c.
47 is "borderline" for a diagnosis of diabetes - generally the top end of pre-diabetic.
54 is into the diabetic range
