Morning all. Pre diabetic here. Just done a night shift and woke up. Checked my sugar levels and found is was 9.3. Highest ever. A bit worried as new to all this. Taking Metformin. I'm guessing this number is high. Not really felt so good last two days. Dry mouth a little bit of feeling sick. Any advice please ?
