Type 2 Levels

I tested at 11.6 I had eaten two Christmas chocolates (must say with xmas party season I have indulged a little) need to get back on track as my first review is next week. I went for a 15 minute walk with the dog and I was down 7.3 is it normal to drop so quickly. I always wash my hands thoroughly before testing
