They use the Freestyle Libre for monitoring, which you can obtain much cheaper without their program. It seems to be aimed at non-diabetics who want to lose weight and like to have a fancy gadget on their arm.
The program seems to be centered around low carb or keto, which is free, and the internet (and even this forum) is full of low carb recipes.
