I don't have Nova pens but libralink thinks I have and keeps saying it can't connect. I see people have disconnect and reconnected their pen so there must be a way of disconnecting a none existing pen. How do I do this on an Android phone . The sensor works fine and this error for a couple of weeks and it really is annoying.

i get that every time i put my phone anywhere near my bank card, it appears due to the nfc. If it indeed thinks you have a pen you can remove it by the three lines at top left hand side. Click on insulin pens, click on the cog wheel icon. Click on About. Then finally click "forget this pen".

just about to give it a go myself to see if makes a difference now that you've reminded me I was using a echoplus pen a while ago so hopefully this solves the issue.

edit: forgot one step also attaching screenshot

The program itself doesn't show that I have a pen but when it is running I get these messages. I will get them continuously for about five minutes then it stops for a few hours then happens again. It's not something in the house because it happens in other places. It's not the sensor (2+) because it was replaced two days ago. It's annoying because I get a notification bleep which goes on bleeping for about 5 minutes. I reset the NFC on the phone and the other day I deleted and reinstalled the program and it still does it. Because this is my first post I can't attach a picture but I get three options. Connect, Review and Share with a Get Started button at the bottom.

Which phone and os do you have installed alongside libreview version?

details from above url said:
Redmi Note 9T on android 12
FreeStyle LibreLink
(version 2.11.1, 2.11.2,
2.12.0, 2.12.1, 2.13.0)
try give this a go if doesnt work i'd give abbotts support a call (or call them to talk you through some other possible steps).

Settings > Apps > Manage apps > three dots > Show system apps > NFC service > Storage > Clear cache > reboot phone.

also could clear try libreview app cache. (i wouldnt bother doing this unless at end of current sensor just incase (although shouldnt effect ... it might) incase doesnt reconnect at all until inserted new sensor (unless abbots tell u to do via telephone/email).

there telephone number is: 08001701177 Mon-Fri 8:00-20:00, Sat&Sun 9:00-17:00
