Libre 2 plus sensor not doing anything

Looking for help. Decided to get started with the Libre 2 plus sensor this evening. Got myself set up on the app and have attached a sensor to my arm. Have followed the instructions to scan the sensor with my phone but nothing is happening. No idea if it’s the sensor or if I’m doing something wrong. Can anyone advise? Thanks.
 
The NFC part can be in different places depending on the phone you use.
Most phones I've had in the past 7 years scanned best if I layed it flat on my arm with the top side on the sensor. But I've had one phone only working if I put it at an angle against the sensor.
So it might be worth trying different positions, and giving it a couple of seconds to find the sensor in each position before trying a new one.

You may find it takes upto 24 hours for the readings to settle. Keep doublechecking with finger pricks to be sure
 
Just get the reader and you will have no problems. I have tried three different phones and none of them worked.
