I’ve tried two brand new Libre 2 sensors today and neither are being recognised by the app. Is anyone else having the same problem? I put a new one in outside the pharmacy this afternoon after putting in an emergency prescription and even that didn’t work!
I’ve been in contact with Abbott already and they’re sending two replacements.

Have you tried deleting the libra app & turning your phone off, then waiting 5 minutes & turning the phone back on & reinstalling the app
There's been lots of SE users with scanning issues which have turned out to be NFC faults. Do you use the NFC for anything else like Apple Pay? Might be worth dropping in to an Apple store to ask them to check it. Depending on age some have had their phones replaced.
