I am trying to read this on a mobile device but it all looks fuzzy @Zinadane

It looks fuzzy on a tablet and laptop too.
I can just about make out “Sounds and Vibrations OFF”.
It is not clear whether the comment is that they are turned off for the phone or the app.

Both turned on. Phone and app. Sorry photo got stripped out. But yes sounds and vibration off message in libre app.

Actually, think it may be due to low phone battery? Technology is great but a battle as well!

Hi,

Screenshot looks OK to me..

Some sort of default low battery power saving turning off alerts like the ringer?
I'll tag in @Antje77 , she has a Huawei. (From memory.)

I’ve had the message about libre 2 sensor and telling me alarms not working but I scanned my reader first ….doh

I have (or I had until yesterday, back to Samsung now), but I've never used the alarms on the app because I use DiaBox instead.
However, in the background your phone says 'Alarms are only available when you start a Freestyle Libre 2 sensor with this device'.
Did you start it with this phone or with the reader?

I saw something like that in early days.
As far as I can recall there are settings which turn off features when the phone goes to sleep overnight (perhaps also low battery).
Perhaps shutting down Bluetooth in some circumstances.

I let the App guide me through changing these settings (which weren't always obvious) and have been fine since.

I can't remember the exact settings, sorry.
