Better is to register on Diasend and load the app. It uploads libre data to Diasend automatically in realise time. When you look in the app there is a line of dots against time. As you scroll through it shows exactly what the reading was.

That's what spreadsheets are for. Filtering, sorting, pivoting etc.

Also I think you can restrict the range, or that might be Diasend.
