If you pop a blucon transmitter in top of libre with a sticking plaster, and download xDrip+ to your phone, it basically works the same as dexcom - you can calibrate the sensor against bg tests, and set alerts so your phone will ring. The blucon reads the sensor every 5 mins and bluetooths it to the phone. One off cost of £100 for the transmitter, warranted for a year but I expect it will last longer as it's just a bit of electronics, isn't waterproof but easy enough to take one and off for showers with a bit of sticking plaster or surgical tape.
