I have recently been given some new meds which have brought stability in my blood glucose levels. AND as a result this means that my blood sugar levels are under control this has meant that I have good focus on tasks and as a result good ability to control my eating habits which In turn means better blood glucose results.
To me it’s amazing and has taken 10 years to understand and come to the conclusion that high blood sugar levels not only puts fog in your head it seems to have damaged my ability to concentrate and focus.
Is this my secret?
