Lindt Excellence 90% Cocoa Chocolate = Amazing

With you on that one. Downed an entire bar on a train journey on Tuesday.

Have you tried the Willie’s Cacao Pure Gold 100% or the Hotel Chocolat 100% dark buttons? Both are good.

I'm in Canada, and never heard of those brands.
I have some 100% bakers chocolate from the local grocery though, which I'll be trying soon and making bark from.
 
99% Lindt chocolate with double cream makes ganache, I'm thinking peanut butter ganache balls -OMG
