Hi so basically um.. sounds silly but after ten years of being diabetic I become completely weird with my needles, almost needle phobic. So I just repeated my injections in the same, comfy, painless place, which we all know causes these awful lumps!
They’ve krept up on me and are quite sore now actually (on my tummy). It’s near summer and I’d like to feel as confident as I possibly can..

Does anyone know of any ways to help speed up the process of these lumps going? Other than the obvious as to rotate injection sites. I wondered if any creams or massaging it etc ?
Thank you in advance

Just bumping this up in the hope you get responses.
Rotating sites and avoiding the lumps is the only way I have heard of.

Unfortunately they do take a fair while ti disappear. When I was 1st diabetic (46 years ago!) I used to inject in my stomach, needles were like darning needles! I would get a comfy, non painful place and constatntly inject in the same place for weeks. I had to fist size lumps either side of my belly button. Diabetic team used to go mad with me. I eventually started to move them around, but the lumps took a few years to disappear. I am now like a "racing snake" 46 years later
