Liraglutide or Victoza whatever you want to call it, I have searched on here for it and found nothing. Is there no one else using it? Surely there is?
I have been on it for 3 months and I my HbA1c has gone down from 10.6 to 7.8. My diastix are negative every day, I have lost 9.5kg and I feel so much better I can't believe it.

I hope others have the same results, I was facing kidney probs and all sorts of horrors, but I feel somewhat more positive now.

Hi.
Hope this can help you?

Yes there are some members using this .
Myself included.

If you have any question - just ask .

Anna.

I've been on it since July and am seeing good results too! I had absolute hell for the first two months but things have improved now. Well done on the weight loss and HBA1c results!

There's a VERY long thread dedicated to Victoza HERE in the medication section. It's an old thread but the last few pages are much more recent.

Also, how did you search? I was just wondering because when I type victoza into the search box at the top I get lots of results! :***: Anyway, no matter, the main thread is under the link I gave.

Searched for Victoza and liraglutide and got no results, for real!

What was your hell, nausea? I was on a half dose for a week, that was a sicky time but passed pdq. I was constipated for a while but I started back on Yakult and all that is history now.

My pharmacist says the pens are £86 each, gulp. But they are working for me. Nevertheless I was in shock when my doctor unwittingly wrote me a script for 15 of them in one go.

Cheers
