sorry to bang on about this cereal but i think its the business if you want quality bg readings from a butiful tasting cereal. Guess what guys special offer in tescos on promotion .£1.80 a bag so i bought 2 boxes making 16 packs. the cashier thought i was a nutter but at that price **** right lol :lol:

Keep meaning to try the granola, forget every time I'm in the supermarket. It would take something good to prize me away from my all-bran though!

I love this granola! I mix it with yogurt as suggested by someone on this forum (sorry, can't remember who!) when I was looking for low carb brekie options - love it!!

My OH tried this yestereday (T2) and his bloods spiked massively so I now have to find a home for
Liz's granola!

Does this cereal have the same effect as porrage for lowering cholesterol ?

I would imagine it will carty, as it contains both oats and pecan nuts, which can help reduce cholesterol levels.
