Have being doing LCHF diet and intermittent fasting for past 3 months with good results. Does anyone know a GP in London who would be supportive of this approach re blood testing and analysis and general advice. Have taken myself off medication without any negative effects, current doctor (like most) doesn't quite get it. Would be grateful for any suggestions
