Hello.....
So I haven't posted on here in AGES....and a little while ago I agreed to keep everyone upto date with my sciatica/slipped disc....and well I have been pretty lame in doing so, as I had the operation back in April and it has been a great success...I am still recovering but I am so much more mobile again! It's great i finally have my life back....kind of anyhow hope everyone is well x

Oh I was going to suggest some limbo dancing !

Welcome back

Hello Nicola and welcome back.
Very pleased you are recovering well and most importantly you are pain free.

Lovely to see you again Nicola and so pleased the Op went well. Looking froward to hearing more from you again and wishing you a pain free positive future.

Take good care,

RRB x

perhaps you can set the Lumbar/Limbo dancing as a target to aim for

I had wondered why you slacked. It was due to your back.
You slipped disk was at risk, now you have convalesced & feeling less sick
Now your strictly come dancing, popping cork on the wine. Celebration time
While watching come dine, Tutting at the menu, while the carb count tests & the air turns blue,
defecting to a healthier you....

Peace!

Welcome back to the forum Nicola, so pleased the operation went well and your making a good recovery

I was beyond scared of having the op i made myself ill, but there was no need to be scared as it was totally worth it!! I forgot what it was like to be pain free ha!
