I do look after my feet but I must admit I had not really thought about MRSA infection until I read about it here and I think this thought makes it even more important.

Walking about in bare feet is just not a good idea for a diabetic and it is something I really miss doing!!Walking about barefoot in hospital is definitely not a good idea or in community areas like swimming pools.MRSA in Ischaemic diabetic ulcers is treatable but difficult.
