I use MyFitnessPal for nutrition info and MySugr for sugars, doses, etc.

Does it allow blood sugar input and help will insulin does etc

Yes. I use it to log BG, g carbs, types of food, tag with activity, before/after specific meals, night plus other things like other meds, notes etc. It also has an insulin counter where you can enter your ratios etc.
