hello was wondering whats the best one to use for a pastry bases for lemmon tarts .. i have cocnut flour ground almonds . if anyone has a recipie id be delighted to hear it thankyou xx

i'm now trying to work out if Mrs Bear's Northern italian Lemon Ricotta tart could works with almond pastry. i rather think it could!
