Hi @Irish_farmer - we're actually doing a giveaway right now for the Contour NEXT USB. These meters are pretty darn small and might be just what you're looking for. Here's the link for a free one: http://bit.ly/ContourNextUSBDoes anyone have a small handy sized meter I have a freestyle optimum neo but I'm looking for something smaller as it is a bit big in school
Anything would be helpful
The ibgstar is the smallest of meters but needs an iphone, and also needs a lightning adapter the the iphone 5

I think the meter store the last 100 or so readings so yes for daily use you can use it without an iphone, but if you want the full experience then an iphone would be needed to download the readingsYou don't need the iPhone to use the monitor, I had one and my phone was damaged so it wouldn't connect and it worked perfectly well without having to plug it in. You do have to store your readings elsewhere though I think.

You can also use it on the iPod touch and ipadI think the meter store the last 100 or so readings so yes for daily use you can use it without an iphone, but if you want the full experience then an iphone would be needed to download the readings
But it is certainly small!

I might buy the Contour NEXT USB as it seems to be a good all round meter
I have heard of these being inaccurate does anyone use one? If so please tell me what you think of it
