low blood sugar in the afternoon

Hi do you think me taking 1g of metformin In the morning, is making me go low after lunch up in till tea time, I am on levimer 2 injections per day my night time is right waking up to reading of 5 in the morning, I have reduced my day time 1 to 3 units of insulin but still going low, what’s going on very frustrating

Changed your exercise/activity levels in any way?
Changed anything in your diet?
What's the temperature like where you are, has it risen?
Metformin isn't normally expected to give a person lows, but in conjunction with insulin you'd need to look the total effect together with the Insuliin,
