Low blood sugars detection

Hey there, I've had type 1 diabetes for 41 yrs and have recently become hypo unaware... Which, tbh scares the living daylights outta me.. I've heard there's a 'gadget' that can be used/worn to detect low bloodsugars but can't find any info on it.. Has anyone else heard of this n if so where do I get one from. My fingers are sore from blood testing so much... Any help???? Much appreciated. Xx
