My levels are always low in the morning when i wake, which has led to dizzy spells and me fainting. This morning was 4.6, most mornings it is about 5. I'm on glycizide.
I think you have mentioned your faint/dizzy spells before, have you taken steps to have this investigated by your GP? Readings of 4.6 and 5s are not particularly low and if these are fasting levels then they are pretty good.
Please see your GP and get this sorted, not all symptoms should be put down to your Diabetes. Good luck.
