Great, I'll check this out. I've got to make a non LC cake for my niece's first birthday for this weekend. A banana cake with full on buttercream, shaped like a cat's head! I can't even begin to think about how many carbs there will be in it! It will be torture for Mr B, so I'll need to bake something LC too and take along to her party.
