Just found this low carb bread in tescos 9.9g of carbs per slice and that's large slices and it tastes lovely

I came across a protein bread in tesco (omn brand) that comes in at 10g a slice.I havnt tried it as 10g would spike me but bought a loaf for my mum whos only recently been diagnosed and is still diet controlled reports back were positive

Got one from Tesco last week 80p so not bad priced.
