Low Carb bread

I would love to be able to eat this bread (can't eat wheat). If it is dry why not make it into eggy bread (I so miss this).
 
Clearly, a seeded loaf is not to the taste of all but hey lets get it stocked in the shops first so that people can at least make a choice as to whether its for them or not. I haven't actually tasted it yet myself! Hope I like it - but I like cheese on toast anyway so a loaf in the freezer would be good anyhow and if I like it I can have my bacon sarnies back!!!!
 
It does make good Eggy bread-just wish the slices were a bit bigger as getting them out the toaster is a bit fiddly when I want peanut butter on toast.
