Low carb cake

Next week we're having a bake off at work. Everyone is baking a cake to take in and was wondering if anyone had any low carb suitable recipes. This is going to be extremely difficult as we are all going to be having a taste of each others and I don't want to be awkward not joining in I know it's not really being awkward but not having a taste of everyone's cake don't want to be the only one not joining in.
