Decided to do Christmas low carb this year big time (well except for the main Christmas dinner
). Consequently we've been hunting around for the best prices on a whole load of neat low carb ingredients. Thought I'd share our findings. Note we buy stuff in seed form then use a coffee grinder , food processor or liquidizer to turn it into powder / flour etc
