I was diagnosed with T2D late last year.
Like many, I started trawling the internet for info. I came across the low carb course here and haven't looked back.
I have lost 2 stone (12.7kg) and have blood sugar readings well within NICE guidelines (av. mmol/L 6.7 for month!).
Just wanted to share that, should others be wondering....
