I was given this list by someone on here when I first started and found it very helpfulHi everyone is there a compressive list of low carb foods? If there was such a thing it would make my choice of foods so much easier and of course the shopping. Thanks
You're doing brilliantly too....keep it up and watch those pounds melt away. The best part for me is how healthy I feel now and eating better food.Well thank you so much what a brilliant guide, and you are doing so well congratulations
I think everything in moderation and smaller portions has to be the way to go for all of us. Glad to help it...just wish I'd thought to post it soonerGreat list ,just got to think about portion size,my wife as just come in from the kitchen with some celery for a afternoon snack

Haven't tried that but will certainly look out for it....made me giggle too thank youWhite root veg.have you tried Mooli ? a foot long or longer white radish also called Diakon sold in asian shops and Tescos as thick as a mans arm, boiled, steamed or fried and low in carbs
Oops ! just see portion size mentioned on your list
My dinner plate is only slightly bigger than a side plate now....certainly fools the brain into thinking you're eating a huge plate fullDinner plates have got bigger over the years. Get yourself a smaller plate - 9" or so, sold as salad plates - instead of the 12"-ers that are the norm these days. It really does work at tricking your psyche into thinking you're eating a large portion.
