It would help if we knew what type of diabetes you have and if you are on any meds/which meds.
I usually have homemade cereal in the morning, mainly milled flaxseed. If I have lunch it would be a small green salad and protein or a piece of low carb/keto cake.
Dinner is chicken or fish with green veg and cauliflower rice or mash although I do try some of the more unusual veg - this week I'm mixing 'mashed potato squash' with cauliflower. I have a ready-made low carb curry on my busy/too tired to cook days
