I need to create menus for myself to follow as am not doing so well.
I know theres a huge amount of recipes on here and will include lots of them in my planning
Wondered if anyone had gone to the trouble of actually creating a day to day menu they followed to keep them on a low carb path... and wouldn't mind sharing with me / us
I realise I may not like same foods etc but its only to give me an idea...
Thanks
( I am also eating gluten free but can usually adapt a lot of foods / recipes to suit me )

Most of the low carb diet books have a one or two week menu to start you off. I'm thinking of Atkins and South Beach diets in particular.
And a couple of years ago a friend of mine had a fab service free online, where you specified weight, height, weight loss goal and diet type, and it suggested a menu AND created a shopping list.
I wonder if there is a low carb equivalent nowadays... Will have a look
