Hi
After seeing Eddys video on youtube I started searching for other low carb articles and came accross this clip

The video is just someone giving examples of High carb foods and showing what the low carb equivelent is.
Its probabily old hat to you seasoned low carbers but gave me some extra fuel for thought and thought it may help others.
Cant wait to try the celery root.
