Can't believe it......Danish Pastries and Eccles cakes amongst them......and

There are however a few recipes on low carb pages. I particularly love the Torta de Santiago.
Which is nut based, delicious and can be consumed with lashings of cream
PS use Splenda instead of sugar

I'm still wading through a cream and strawberry filled (Fergus style) cake,Hana but I think I overdid the cream. Tastes good though. Just not as good as my favourite Eccles cakes, which I miss SO much.
