Oh wow, I have never heard of turophobia before, it must be quite distressing at times, poor you :cry:
So if you want to low carb, you dont have to eat cheese, you can have plenty of veggies, raw or cooked, soups, shakes, yogurt with berries, some other fruit (depends on how low carb you want to go), fish, meat, eggs and nuts.
Now its colder outside maybe you want to consider having IanD's almond porridge, its low carb and comfort food, I have it as snack sometimes, keeps me full. You can have omelettes, frittata, savoury or sweet muffins, etc
Plenty to choose from, so dont despair.
