I just knocked up a new low carb white bread roll recipe that came out perfect. Here's the recipe if anyone's craving a sarnie:

*It requires Atkins baking mix, so it's not chemical free, but it does give you a nice big bread roll that tastes like the real thing for 7g carbs.
