How many carbs are you now eating per day, and are your levels a bit on the low side? If you are going low then perhaps you should increase the carbs a bit for a while. Then go down gradually if you still want to stay at that level of carbs. Maybe you reduced them too rapidly. Or maybe you are just trying to go too low for you. Dizziness can also be caused by something else altogether. If this doesn't improve rapidly then see your GP. HTH
