Yeah I thought so too. Definitely puts some decent context to the "study" and seems like quite a reputable chap too.

I'm following him on LinkedIn so I'll keep an eye on him for any other interesting articles!

From the article wrt a diet lower in carbohydrates and including animal fats, "It has to make sense in terms of basic physiology and biochemistry".
