Low Testosterone and Type 1

I've been worried about having Low T (I'm 47 with type 1) as i was showing a lot of the symptoms and so had the blood test last week, I got my test results back today, not too sure what it means yet but they are 13.3 from the range 8.7 - 29 that's all i got from the lady over the phone, won't know more until i get to see the doc. She said these levels were considered normal but i think they may be low. Anyone with any similar readings here and what are your experiences?
